Learning and Development

We offer development and training initiatives for leaders, teams, and organizations looking to take an active and conscious approach to their development.

Development occurs on many different levels within organizations and through a variety of activities. What we aim to support our partners and clients with is directing development initiatives that align with the organization's strategic work. That's why we always co-create our development initiatives with our clients.

Together, we create and develop entirely tailored initiatives based on progression, long-term vision, and business value. 

Below are a few examples of development and training initiatives we have conducted:

• Culture and values work for employees in a global corporation
• Training in labor law and occupational health and safety for managers in start- and scale-up companies
• Workshops for executive teams
• Networks for HR professionals in senior positions in collaboration with the East Swedish Chamber of Commerce

At FAB HR, we also have certified conversation coaches who guide the development journey for leaders, employees, and teams.

Together, we map the organization's current situation and needs to create valuable solutions, and not least to assist the organization with the monitoring and structure needed to achieve long-term progress.

HR Kick-off


Our Kick-off consists of an HR mapping that is for CEOs or management teams who want to get an overview of their HR work and go through the basics and processes in the area. Through the mapping, a compilation of the identified current situation is created with recommended efforts to reach the desired target image based on vision, strategies, processes and legal requirements. The result can be used as a basis for further development of the internal work or with continued support from FAB HR.
